برنامج الجيوفيزياء
1 . معرفة بنية وتكوين الأرض الصلبة فهم العمليات داخلها.
2. معرفة مصطلحات العمليات الفيزيائية المختلفة للأرض وفهم كيفية تطبيق هذه المعرفة لحل المشكلات الجيوفيزيائية.
3. معرفة أساسيات الفيزياء والرياضيات إلى المستويات المطلوبة لفهم حقيقي لعمليات الأرض الجيوفيزيائية (مع اختلاف هذه المستويات وفقًا لاختيارات الدورات الأكثر عمومية أو أكثر تخصصًا).
4. المعرفة العميقة والفهم مما يجعل حدود أبحاث علوم الأرض واضحة في مجالات مختارة.
.Educational objectives of Geophysics B.Sc. Program
The Geophysics program aims to provide students with a diverse and high-quality range of courses that address questions about Earth's processes, its evolution, and the relationships between humans and the natural environment. These goals are achieved through
1. Understanding the structure and composition of the solid Earth and the processes occurring within it.
2. Familiarity with the terminology of various physical processes of the Earth and understanding how to apply this knowledge to solve geophysical problems.
3. Knowledge of the fundamentals of physics and mathematics at the required levels to achieve a true understanding of geophysical Earth processes (with these levels varying according to whether the courses are more general or specialized).
